Harry Potter's Allies

Assalamualaikum.

Hello again guys! So, last post I wrote about the villain of the story who were always trying to kill Harry Potter. So, this post I’ll be writing about Harry Potter’s allies. There two organisations that support Harry and against Voldemort and his followers, the Death Eaters, which are the Order of the Phoenix and the Dumbledore’s Army. 

THE ORDER OF THE PHOENIX

The order of the Phoenix was a secret society that formed by Albus Dumbledore in order to against the Dark Lord and Death Eaters. It is formed in the early 1970’s, however the Order was disbanded when there were rumours that Lord Voldemort died all around the wizarding world. Then, the society was reformed again when the Dark Lord is returned in order to protect Harry from him.

As we can see in the novels as well as in the movies, the Order of Phoenix came back in the series entitled Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix right after Harry Potter witnessed the reborn of the Dark Lord. The organization had then filled with the younger generations which were Harry Potter and his friends. 

DUMBLEDORE'S ARMY

Dumbledore’s Army can be described as the younger organization of the Order of the Phoenix. The D.A is formed by Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ronald Weasley when the Ministry of Magic, lead by Dolores Umbridge tried to hold the Hogwarts. The main reason they are interfering the Hogwarts’s businesses is because they were afraid and did not want to believe the return of Voldemort. 

The Dumbledore's Army

This organization was founded for all the Hogwarts’ students who believed Harry and want to help him fight the Dark Lord and his Death Eaters. The idea to form this organization originally came from Hermione Granger when Doleres Umbridge took over Hogwarts and punished all the students who chose not to follow her orders. The intentions this society was created is to help the students learn magical methods of self-defence. 

The D.A appeared in the fifth series, which is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix due to the Dolores Umbridge’s issues, but then the group slow down when the problems solved. However, the group reformed again in the series, Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows when Voldemort and Death Eaters took over the Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts. In the end of the battle, they won after the death of Voldemort.

I do respect with both organizations due to their act of bravery. Although all the wizards and witches lived in fear because of the evil treatment from Voldemort and the Death Eaters, they were just a light in the dark which they gave people hope that everything will be back to normal again.
