“The boy who lived… come to die!” This word is one of the most favourite phrases and the most suspense scene throughout all the Harry Potter movies. Generally, Harry Potter is a boy who being targeted by the most evil witch which is Lord Voldemort whereby he wanted to kill the boy. The Potters were an old and wealthy pure-blood family, and Harry inherited much wealth from his father James (Harry Potter Wikia). The Potter’s ancestors are The Peverell brothers whom inherited the Deathly Hallows, which are The Elders Wand, The Resurrection Stone and The Invisibility Cloak. Referring to The Wizarding World News that I read, Harry Potter is one of the famous wizard in the modern times because he was the one who defeated Lord Voldemort, the villain witch.

When he was a baby, there was a prophecy told that the boy who born at the end of July in 1980 could defeat Voldemort. Hence, on the nighttime at Godric’s Hollow, October 31 1981, Voldemort decided to kill him when he was 1 year and 3 months old. Voldemort killed his parents and wanted to kill him too. However, he did not succeed because when he wanted to kill Harry, Harry’s mother, which is Lily Potter had created ‘sacrificial protection’ on Harry (ancient magic) which rebounded back to Voldemort.  Starting from that, Harry Potter known as the ‘Boy Who Lived’ around the wizarding world.

Harry Potter got into the Hogwarts School Witchcraft and Wizardry when he was 11 years old. Throughout the years, Voldemort tries to kill him by using a lot of ways. When he was in year 6, he learnt that Voldemort had put some of his souls which knows as Horcruxes to make him immortal. After Dumbledore’s dead, he hunted the Horcruxes and want to kill him.
